This website: DrugFreeWorld.org contains the full text of these booklets which were specifically written for young people but contain facts adults need to know as well.

National Institute on Drug Abuse for Teens offers Drug Facts for Teens that includes the various street names for specific drugs.

Partnership for Drug Free Kids offers evidence based on research on the prevention of drunk driving by highlighting the risk for arrest.

Prom and other school activities produce a night of memories, these tips can help keep it fun and safe for your teen:

  • Know where your teen will be and who they will be with for the evening.

  • Contact other families and create a safe way for your teens to get to and from events, as well as a safety plan as to what they can do if caught in an unsafe situation.
